Dave Sheppard – Lead Pastor (since 1991)
Dave considers it a privilege to serve as lead pastor at Oakwood Church. He enjoys the weekly exposition of the Scriptures, and investing himself in discipling people to follow the Lord.

Art Koepp – Young at Hearts (since 1995)
Art has a great big heart for seniors. He leads our Young At Heart group as their teacher, activity director, and friend.

Andrew Brown – Worship Arts and Pastor to Students (since 2007)
Andrew has an extensive background as a Christian music artist as well as a passion for leading worship. He is also a gifted youth leader with a heart to call students to be followers of Jesus Christ.

Charlene Tangen – Women’s Ministry Director (since 1997)
Charlene joined our staff from the ranks of our church. She cares deeply about the women she serves. She oversees a team of dedicated volunteers who provide a well-rounded program for women.

Andy Linton – Men’s Ministry Director (since 1995)
Andy became our men’s director through the influence of Promise Keepers. A long-time member of our church, Andy’s heart is to disciple men to become committed followers of the Lord Jesus.

Dawn Taylor – Children’s Ministry Director (since 2006)
Dawn loves children, having four of her own. Dawn’s infectious enthusiasm is evident in everything she does in our children’s ministry.

Shari Lawson – Office Manager (since 1992)
Shari enjoys communicating with people via church publications, email, and the telephone. She is the organizational brains of our operation who keeps things running smoothly.
